Our Hiring Process
Step-by-Step Guide
Our team will review your resume and any other supporting material that you share with us, before providing feedback and information on any potential next steps.
Please feel free to follow up with our talent team should you have any particular questions.
A 20-30 minute call with our talent team, to discuss your background & interests, what you know about us, a general overview of your relevant experience, plus any questions that you may have about what we're doing.
Please research us, it goes a long way!
A 30-60 minute meeting with someone in our technical hiring team. This involves a deeper dive into your past experience, example project exposure, some technical proficiency questions and potentially some scenario-based questions relevant to the work you'd be doing here.
This will usually be based on the key skills you see on the job description.
A technical meeting with several Irradiant team members, normally conducted on-site. Usually, we'll provide a short technical exercise to complete in advance (if relevant), used to shape a wider discussion. The purpose here is not to just assess technical skills, but communication, accountability and culture fit.
This usually lasts roughly 60 - 120 minutes, and is a great chance for you to express both your technical proficiency and critical thinking skills.
An informal meeting with the wider Irradiant team, typically over lunch, or in a more relaxed setting. We are very culture-driven, so this is an opportunity for you to better get to know your potential co-workers.
We'll also have a final conversation about your thoughts on the position, and any follow up questions after the previous interview.
We'll send you an official offer letter and contract to review. Should you choose to accept, we'll begin your onboarding and share some materials to get you ready for your first day!
