Frequently Asked Questions

  • We usually do 4-8 month engagements, starting around January, May and September. This can be flexible though!

  • As we look to productize our technology, our current projects are extremely varied. You could be involved in early-stage R&D for newer components/projects that we're working on, or help to improve some of our existing and more mature 3D nanofabrication processes.

    As a start-up, there will be plenty of exposure and a chance to involve yourself in multiple areas should you wish!

  • We work with co-ops from an extremely diverse range of academic backgrounds, and this does tend to change depending on our needs and ongoing projects.

    Typically, we look for skilled students in the fields of material science, optics, photonics, mechanical engineering, software, computational geometry, lithography, and other related areas.

    If you are unsure if we would have relevant work for you to be doing, please don't hesitate to reach out and ask!
